How to find us:

Manor Farm Teffont is equidistant between the cathedral city of Salisbury and the ancient hill-top town of Shaftesbury, around 10 miles from each and easily accessible from the A303.

A pin here on Google Maps shows the correct entrance to use. Don’t try to come in any other entrance or you may get stuck behind a locked gate.

If you use the app What 3 Words’ then the words you need are ‘fishery.modifies.scoping’.

Teffont is easily accessed from the A303. If driving west along the A303 from the direction of London and towards the West Country, go past Stonehenge and the A36 junction at Wylye and then about a mile after the A36 junction follow the sign left to Teffont, turning off the A303 to the south at the crest of a hill near two speed cameras. Drop down into the valley taking the left fork to Teffont after half a mile. Manor Farm is on the left as you enter the village a couple of miles after leaving the A303. The gate you need has a large grey sign ‘Manor Farm’ at the entrance, NOT the first entrance with the white signs on it. If you get to the church, you’ve gone too far!

If arriving from Salisbury on the B3089, enter the village of Teffont, come through the village and turn right off the main road by Teffont Village Hall (where the main road makes a sharp left turn as if heading up to the A303. Manor Farm is then on your right around 100m after you pass the church. The gate you need has a large grey sign ‘Manor Farm’ at the entrance. Don’t take the farm track with the white signs on it which is a little further on.

If you are arriving on the B3089 from the direction of Hindon or Shaftesbury, take the first left just as you come down the steep hill to enter Teffont. Pass the Village Hall on your right and turn left again at a T-junction and go past the Church, keeping left. Manor Farm is then on your right around 100m after you pass the church. The gate you need has a large grey sign ‘Manor Farm’ at the entrance and a pair of electric wooden gates.

Just inside the double wooden gates is a further sign directing you to the House, The Garret, Stable Cottage or The Dovecot.

If you get lost ask anyone you see for directions.

If considering arrival by air then please contact us for more details. We have strict safety and noise abatement measures in consideration of our friends and neighbours.

If arriving with a horse-box or trailer then turn left immediately upon coming through the electric gates. Parking for boxes and trailers is at the back of the yard.
