Stable Cottage is a charming and deceptively large two-bedroom cottage set within the historic Model Farm buildings. It was recently awarded an impressive 5-star gold rating by Visit England.

The cottage has accommodation on two floors comprising two bedrooms (one ensuite), an additional bathroom, a large farmhouse kitchen/dining area, a large separate study/playroom and a spacious sitting room with a TV and woodburner.

It has a ground floor utility room with washer and dryer, a boot-room and a cloakroom. It also has an outdoor area for BBQs.

Stable Cottage is not suitable for wheelchair users. Guests with limited mobility should therefore look at The Dovecot which has wheelchair-accessible accommodation and facilities.

Guests have access to the various facilities at Manor Farm including the Snooker room, Table Tennis room, Gym and padocks.

We’re pet-friendly, of course. Dogs are very welcome. Guests can even bring their horses and stable them right next to the accommodation.

We also have two young chefs living here in Teffont who worked recently at a Michelin-starred restaurant and are available if you would like a special meal cooked for you whilst you are here. Their website is here.
